At Dan's Service & Supply Corporation, we stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our repair service, we'll work with you to make it right.

1. Service Satisfaction Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality small engine repair services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of pickup to discuss your concerns.

2. Diagnostic Fee Policy

Diagnostic Fee: $35

  • Non-refundable once inspection is completed
  • Credited toward repair cost if you approve the work
  • Covers: Complete equipment inspection and written estimate
  • Refundable only if we cannot provide a diagnosis

3. Repair Service Refunds

Full Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a full refund in these circumstances:

  • Work was not performed as agreed upon
  • Equipment was damaged due to our negligence
  • Repair failed within 7 days due to our workmanship
  • We cannot complete the repair as estimated

Partial Refund Situations

Partial refunds may be considered for:

  • Service delays beyond our estimated timeframe
  • Minor issues with completed work that can be corrected
  • Customer dissatisfaction with non-essential service aspects

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic fees (once inspection is complete)
  • Parts and fluids that have been installed or used
  • Labor costs for work that was completed correctly
  • Emergency service fees for after-hours or rush service
  • Pickup and delivery charges for completed services

5. Warranty Coverage

Our 90-day warranty covers:

  • Defects in our workmanship
  • Failure of parts we installed
  • Issues directly related to our repair work

Warranty repairs are provided at no charge and do not require a refund process.

Refund Timeline

  • Cash payments: Immediate refund upon approval
  • Check payments: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit card payments: 5-7 business days to appear on statement

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund of any payments (minus diagnostic fee if inspection completed)
  • No cancellation fees
  • Equipment can be picked up immediately

After Work Has Started

  • Charges apply for work completed and parts used
  • Unused parts may be returned for credit
  • Labor charges are prorated based on work completed

8. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  • Speak with our manager to review your case
  • Provide additional documentation if available
  • Allow us to attempt a repair solution before seeking a refund
